When Winnie received Uncle Ted’s I.D. tag, she found a plastic case just about the right size, dried a small rose bud and pressed it, and put the rose bud, a small pad of cotton and the metal tag in the plastic case. She left the case out for viewing. You can just make out THOMAS T HIGDON on the top line of print.
