Barbara Tedford, 2015-2016 Newsletter Editor, is from West Virginia. She volunteered at the 2007 HFA meeting to serve as our Newsletter Editor. She has also served as Vice President and President. Barbara is the daughter of Jessie Higdon Wilkie. She is a descendant of Joseph Huffman Higdon and Margaret Matilda Berry Higdon.
