Welcome to the Higdon Family Association (HFA) website. Our HFA offers help for any and all Higdons, and all who are related to Higdons, who want to study the genealogy of our Higdon family.
This Higdon gristmill was located on what is now Ellijay Road in Macon County, North Carolina. Check Higdon gristmill in the Photo Gallery for a story of interest.

All of these images below, and many others showing different family members, were scanned and sent on flash disk to me by Robert “Bob” Higdon, for website display. This treasure trove of photo images will be used here on the Higdon Family Association Website and in the Mayfield / John Higdon (2/3) Family Tree in Ancestry.com.
