William E. "Bill" Higdon is the son of Dolly and Edd Higdon, who was a charter member of the Higdon Family Association. Bill is a descendent of Samuel Higdon of Fannin County, Georgia. Sam was the son of Leonard Higdon and Eve Huffman.
