Frank Higdon and Helen Higdon Allison enjoy the banquet at Fredericksburg, Texas. Both have served as president of the Higdon Family Association. Frank was president when we met at the 2002 meeting in Chattanooga, and Helen presided at the 1981 meeting in Belmont, North Carolina
