The descendants of William Huffman Higdon gathered in North Carolina on September 14, 2003 for their 108th annual reunion. The aromas of the food filled the fellowship hall at the Higdonville Baptist Church in Macon County. No one was shy about dipping up a big plate of fried chicken and all the fixings.
