Information Request about Wayne Higdon

I was wondering if there is any information on Wayne Higdon of Chicago Ill. He was the son of Thomas Leonard Higdon and Dorothy B Groth. Thomas and Dorothy had another son named Lee Higdon. Thomas Leonard came to Illinois in 1920s. I am the great grand daughter of Thomas and Dorothy, but I know very little about the Higdon line I came from. If you have any info please let me know. Barbara Tedford, our newsletter editor replied that, according to the book compiled by Opal M. Willis, Leonard Higdon of North Carolina Known Descendants 1755-1986. Pioneer Families of America. (Salt Lake City, 1986), pp.98-99, Thomas Leonard Higdon's father was Reese Sebastian "Bass" Higdon, who lived in Higdon Store, Georgia before moving to Oklahoma. Willis states that Thomas Leonard Higdon was born 4 March 1907 and that he lived in Chicago, Illinois and was in Oklahoma City, OK in 1980. Reese Sebastian (Bass) Higdon, son of Leonard Dean and Mary Ann Mc Clure Higdon, was born on 22 Feb 1860 in Blue Ridge, Fannin Co., Georgia. He died on 01 May 1943. He married Nora Adeline Fain, who was born in 1864 and died in 1950.
Leonard Dean Higdon, son of Leonard and Eve Huffman Higdon, was born on 10 May 1828 in
Jackson, Burke Co., NC, USA. He died on 29 Sep 1918 in Higdon Store, GA. He married Mary
Ann Mc Clure, daughter of Reece Jefferson and Mary Parks Mc Clure, on 7 Nov 1853 in Jackson
Co., NC, USA. Mary Ann Mc Clure was born on 14 Sep 1835 and died on 14 Nov 1913 in Higdon Store, GA.
