While this research effort produced a large amount of information about Philip & Nancy Rogers Higdon’s family, it did not produce any information at all about Harriet G Higdon. From the entry above we know that she was probably born on the east coast of North America in one of the English colonies, possibly Maryland, two years into the American Revolution. She lived to the age of 84. We don’t know if she was born a Higdon, or married a Higdon. A genealogy researcher would expect, at least, that she would be included in one of the 1790 to 1860 censuses, but there is no other record, than this one, of Harriet G Higdon that has as yet been found.
