The rain is supposed to start Monday night and there's 80% forecast for Tuesday and Wednesday. Thousands of acres have burned in our county. Yesterday (Sunday) Franklin had their Christmas Parade. It was the smokiest day we have had. The lead Christmas float was so appropriate with the smoke all around.
