Welcome to the Higdon Family Association (HFA) website. Our HFA offers help for any and all Higdons, and all who are related to Higdons, who want to study the genealogy of our Higdon family.
This Higdon gristmill was located on what is now Ellijay Road in Macon County, North Carolina. Check Higdon gristmill in the Photo Gallery for a story of interest.

The patchwork of boxes in the middle allow you to go back up one level to the photo thumbnails array which you clicked on to get to a larger view of a single image.
After our lunch, we headed back to the Archives Museum. Many nice displays there including the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution of the United States, and the Bill of Rights. No photos allowed, of course. This is the part of the National Archives Building that most people are familiar with.
We then left for the Library of Congress.
