Welcome to the Higdon Family Association (HFA) website. Our HFA offers help for any and all Higdons, and all who are related to Higdons, who want to study the genealogy of our Higdon family.

This Higdon gristmill was located on what is now Ellijay Road in Macon County, North Carolina. Check Higdon gristmill in the Photo Gallery for a story of interest.

Pink Charles Higdon, March 6, 1888, February 23, 1953 Emma Mae Higdon, October 16, 1888, February 1, 1960

Two Higdon headstones were located at the cemetery adjacent to the Repton Baptist Church in Monroe County, Alabama. The two graves lie side by side. Are they husband and wife, brother and sister? Does anyone know? If so, please let us at the HFA know. Thanks.
